Troubleshooting
• Why can’t I see the images taken by the webcam?
Check that the camera indicator light is on.
Change the USB port where you connected the
webcam.
• Why the image is different?
Make sure that in the application you are in, you
have selected your webcam.
• Why does the software show 1280x720P instead
of 2560x1440P?
Some software does not support full HD resolution
and automatically selects the compatible resolution.
