plymovent's Smart"one” filter is a highly-efficient cartridge
collector for removal of many sort of dust, welding fume,
grinding dust and other dry contaminants.
Simple and reliable principle of filtration. contaminated
air(A) will pass over a baffle (B) protecting the cartridges,
and the particles are evenly applied. the air is cleaned up
to 99,9% . the contaminants are collected on the cartridge
surface (c). cleaning of the cartridge will take place by a
short pulse of compressed air from a valve (D) inside the
cartridge, with help from a specialy-designed Ram-Air™
cartridge holder (the cleaning can be made during ope-
ration or with the fan off). the particles will then fall down
and will be collected in the collection bin(e). the filtered air
