DIP Switches
The PEX 8647-AA RDK contains one user controllable DIP switch (SW2) for selecting the lower three bits of I

address. Each DIP switch position can be either ON (logic ‘LOW) or OFF (logic ‘HIGH). The white squares
in
indicate which way the switch is connected. The default settings of the I
2
C address are I2C_ADD[2:]
= 000 or “ON, ON, ON”.

Manual Reset# (S1)
The PEX 8647-AA RDK provides a manual switch (S1) for PERST# capability. Note that manual PERST# will
only apply warm reset to the PEX 8647 as well as SLOT 1 and SLOT 2.
