under warranty period only.
7. While authorized service center will make every effort to carry
out the necessary repairs at the earliest. It is however made
explicitly clear that the authorized service center is under no
obligation to do so within a specified period of time.
8. This warranty entitles the purchaser for free of cost repairs of
the unit within warranty period. It does not entitle the purchaser
for replacement or refund of entire unit.
9. During warranty period, the Company or its authorized service
center may repair or replace, at Company’s option, any
defective product or parts thereof with new or factory rebuilt
replacement items and return the product to the customer in
working condition.
10. All replaced parts, boards or equipment shall become property
of the Company.
11. The external housing and cosmetic parts shall be free of defects
at the time of purchase of the product and therefore, shall not be
covered under these limited warranty terms.
12. Calls registered with the authorized service center, wherein only
cleaning of the unit/parts in the unit due to dust gathering on
portions of the unit, general explanations/ returning, particular
software not being read/ installed, are not to be construed as
defects. The Company does not undertake responsibility on the
quality of software being used by the purchaser.
13. In case the need of software up-gradation of Phone, no warranty
is provided on the Phone memory of the Phone Book.
