Installation Instructions

Notes Before You Begin:
Do not over tighten bolts during assembly, only snug
tighten them until assembly is complete.
Carefully read and understand these installation instructions before you
begin.
Step 1:
Before attempting to assemble your equipment, please review all
installation information carefully. Should you experience any diffi culty during the
installation process, please call us at the phone number shown on the last page
of these instructions.
Step 2:
Separate and identify all components and hardware.
Step 3:
Excavate footings as shown in the
Component Footing Details
on page
2 of this document.
Attach the larger drum frames to the drum tabletop.
Step 4:
See
Detail A
. Select the drum tabletop, (2) two larger drum frames and
the appropriate hardware. There are (8) eight connections. Lay the tabletop fl at on
the ground. Place the mounting plates of the drum frames on top of the tabletop so
that they encircle the large cutout. Align the outside holes in the frame mounting
plates with the outside holes around the cutout. Attach as shown in the
outer ring
of holes only
. Leave the connections loose.
Attach the smaller drum frames to the drum tabletop.
Step 5:
See
Detail B
. Select the drum tabletop assembly, (2) two smaller drum
frames and the appropriate hardware. There are (4) four connections. Place the
mounting plates of the drum frames on top of the tabletop so that they encircle
the small cutout. Attach as shown in the
outer ring of holes only
. Leave the
connections loose.
Attach the drums to the frame assembly.
Step 6:
Attach the long drum to the frame assembly. See
Detail C
. Select the
long drum, and the appropriate hardware. There are (6) six connections. Place
the long drum in the large hole. Align holes in the large drum with inside holes
around the large cutout section. Apply a drop of loctite to the bolt threads and
attach as shown.
Note
: There will be unused inside holes on the frame.
Step 7:
Attach the short drum to the frame assembly. See
Detail D
. Select the
short drum and the appropriate hardware. There are (4) four connections. Align
the holes in the small drum with the inside holes around the small cutout section.
Apply a drop of loctite to the bolt threads and attach as shown.
Note
: There will be unused inside holes on the frame.
Step 8:
Attach the medium drum to the frame assembly. See
Detail E
. Select the
medium drum and the appropriate hardware. There are (6) six connections. Align
the holes in the medium drum with the holes around the medium cutout section.
Apply a drop of loctite to the bolt threads and attach as shown.
Final Details.
Step 9:
Plumb and level the component. Tighten
all
fasteners. Fully tighten
all fasteners according to tightening torque specifi cations. Block and brace for
concrete. Pour concrete after all equipment has been assembled. Allow 72 hours
for concrete to completely cure.
Torque Specifi cations:
Bolts and nuts
- Snug tighten and then tighten an additional one half turn.
