Check all wiring from meter to I/O
board

Find dongle usb connecton and
reseat in USB port
Faulty USB port Test dongle in another USB port
Connect I/O Board or
I/O Board Missing
USB cable disconnected
Check USB connecton from PC to
I/O board
Blown fuse Check and replace fuse.
No power to RIO2 board
Check for proper voltage
(+12J) at RIO2 P1 connector
Bad RIO2 Board
Replace RIO2 board with known
functonal board
