USING YOUR HAND MIXER
Before first use, please follow these instructions:
Remove all packaging material and please check carefully, making sure that your hand mixer
is in good condition. It must have no cracks on the unit and no damage to the cord/plug.
Do not discard any packaging until all accessories have been found.
You must confirm that the voltage indicated on the hand mixer corresponds with the voltage in
your home.
Remove any adhesive labels or stickers before use.
TO USE YOUR HAND MIXER
Preparing the Dough Hooks or Beaters
Always check the mixer is switched off at the mains.
Inserting the Dough Hooks or Beaters
- Insert the two dough hooks (E) into corresponding holes, turn slightly until they engage.
- Insert the two beaters (F) into corresponding holes, turn slightly until they engage.
Never use Beaters and Dough Hooks together.
Using your Dough Hooks or Beaters
CAUTION:
Do not run this appliance for more than 3 minutes without interruption. Allow the
appliance break 30 minutes to cool down before continue operation.
Speed control (total 5 speeds) : 0: stop / 1: slow / … / 5: very fast
Turbo button : for a short high-speed burst. Press and release for pulse action.
To remove Dough Hooks or Beaters
To detach Dough Hooks / Beaters, press the Ejection Button.
Notes :
The Ejection Button will not work if the speed is not at “0” position.
Short-time operation
The appliance is designed to process average domestic quantities of food, it can be operated
without interruption for a maximum of 3 minutes, then it should be allowed break 30 minutes to
cool down before continue operation.
OPERATION PROCEDURE
1. Ensure the speed control is at “0” position.
2. Insert plug into a mains socket (AC 230V / 50Hz) and switch on the appliance.
3. Thrust the unit’s beating accessory into the material to be beaten. Adjust the speed control:
- “1” Dough Hooks: butter, potatoes
- “2 & 3” Beaters: sauces, milk products and cream
- “4” Dough Hooks: light pastry dough / Beaters: whipped desserts, cream
- “5” Dough Hooks: light pastry dough / Beaters: egg whites, whipped cream
4. Gently move the unit up and down while beating.
