INSTALLATION
RIMOZIONE BATTERIE
Rimuovere le batterie scariche sollevando il coperchio del vano batterie posto sul fondo dell’apparecchio. Estrarre le
batterie e smaltirle come rifiuto speciale presso i punti di raccolta indicati per il riciclo.

Per maggiori informazioni circa lo smaltimento delle pile scariche contattare il negozio dove è stato acquistato
l’apparecchio che conteneva le batterie, il Comune oppure il servizio locale di smaltimento rifiuti.
Attenzione: Per una maggiore sicurezza si sconsiglia la rimozione delle batterie da (PARTE DEI) bambini con
età inferiore ai 10 anni.
LE BATTERIE SCARICHE E L’APPARECCHIATURA CHE LE CONTIENE DEVONO ESSERE SMALTITE
SEPARATAMENTE.
Articolo 9
Rimozione di rifiuti di pile e accumulatori
1. Gli apparecchi contenenti pile ed accumulatori sono progettati in modo tale che i rifiuti di pile e accumulatori siano
facilmente rimovibili. A decorrere dal sesto mese successivo alla data di entrata in vigore del presente decreto, gli
apparecchi in cui sono incorporati pile o accumulatori sono corredati di istruzioni
che indicano come rimuoverli senza pericolo e informano l’utilizzatore finale sul tipo delle pile e degli accumulatori
incorporati.
2. Le disposizioni di cui al comma 1 non si applicano qualora per motivi di sicurezza, prestazione, protezione medica
o dei dati, sia necessaria la continuità dell’alimentazione e occorra un collegamento permanente tra l’apparecchio e la
pila o l’accumulatore.
QUI DI SEGUITO QUESITO SU PILE NON REMOVIBILI
Nel caso di apparecchiatura elettrica ed elettronica, non rientrante tra quelle escluse dagli obblighi di informazione
previsti dall’art. 9, da cui sia impossibile la rimozione della pila contenuta al suo interno e il cui fine vita comporti
anche il fine vita dell’AEE stesso quali informazioni si devono indicare?
In questo caso deve essere chiaramente indicato che l’apparecchiatura, giunta a fine vita, sarà un rifiuto pericoloso,
si consiglia di restituire l’apparecchiatura dismessa al rivenditore per l’inoltro al Centro di Assistenza che effettuerà le
pratiche di smaltimento.
REMOVING BATTERIES
Remove the spent batteries by lifting the battery compartment cover on the bottom of the device. Remove the
batteries and dispose of them as special waste at the collection points indicated for recycling.

For more information about the disposal of spent batteries contact the store where the device that contained the
batteries was purchased, the Town Council or the local waste disposal service.
Attention: For greater safety, the batteries should not be removed by children under 10 years of age.

Article 9
Removal of waste batteries and accumulators
1. Devices containing batteries and accumulators are designed in such a way that the waste batteries and
accumulators are easily removable. From the sixth month following the date of entry into force of this decree, devices
incorporating batteries or accumulators are provided with instructions on how to remove them safely and inform the
end user about the type of batteries and accumulators incorporated.
2. The provisions of paragraph 1 do not apply if, for reasons of safety, performance, medical or data protection,
continuity of power is required and a permanent connection between the device and the battery or accumulator is
needed.
QUESTION CONCERNING NON-REMOVABLE BATTERIES
What information must be provided for electrical and electronic equipment, not included among that excluded from
the information obligations under art. 9, whose battery cannot be removed and whose end of life also involves the
end of life of the EEE?
It must be clearly indicated that, at the end of its life, the equipment will be hazardous waste; it is advisable to return
the disused equipment to the dealer for sending to the Service Centre which will carry out the disposal procedures.
