The rights of the telephone company are such that under certain circumstances the
telephone company may temporarily discontinue service (Section 68.108), and the
telephone company may make changes in facilities and services which may affect the opera­
tion of the user's equipment; however, the user shall be given adequate notice in writing to
allow the user to maintain uninterrupted service (Section 68.110b).
6. In case of trouble, the user must contact either the local telephone company or the
manufacturer's authorized agent.
