PLANETA Hose Reel - Series L-272, L-275
I. Description
PLANETA hose winders feature an automatic winding function. It is powered by an
encapsulated lubricated spring. Working with a desired hose length is made possible by
several catch locations per rotation.
To avoid personal injury or material damage read the instructions carefully before starting to
use the winder.
The hose winder has been inspected for quality and function before delivery.

II. Important indications
1. Read instruction and make it available to operators on the device before using it
2. Operator must be instructed properly with the device.
3. Arbitrarily retrofitting and modifications to the hose winder will cancel the warranty.
4. Check the device regarding damages, unfastened screws or twists before using it and
eliminate failures.
5. Repair works on PLANETA Hose Reels devices shall only be carried out by the
manufacturer or an instructed repair shop respectively by using PLANETA spare parts.
6. Non-observance of the instruction, improper use, and corrosion by insufficient protection
or product alterations without authority result in the expiry of the warranty.
7. Risk of corrosion in case of continuous contact with unfavourable atmospheric conditions
as for example high humidity or harmful environmental influences as for example
atmospheres with acid vapours, corrosive gases or high dust concentration cause early
wear. This effectuates no claim under warranty.
8. Further information or spare part lists will kindly be provided by us or your specialist
dealer.
III. Security advices
1. Supply pressure may not exceed the operational pressure specified on the type plate.
2. Connected devices have to be in perfect condition and be designed for the intended
operational pressure.
3. Pressurised parts can be get loose if handled improperly and pose a danger.
4. Keep hose away from sharp and hot objects! Leakage tests should be carried out with
water.
5. During the winding of the hose always hold the loose end tight to prevent uncontrolled
winding.
6. Regular inspection of the hose winder helps avoid damages and accidents.
7. Defective parts and hoses must be replaced promptly.
