4.1 Setup
4.1.1 System
This page will be displayed after clicking on
“Administration”
of the home page or
“Setup
> System”
of the administration menu. It allows you to modify the system information.
System Settings
Device ID
This displays the name for the camera.
Camera Name
This field is used for entering a name to the camera
Description
This field is used for entering a description, such as the location.
Date & Time
Date Format
Select the desired date format, it will also be used to display the
date and time as an overlay on the video image.
The date formats are list as follows:
1. YYYY-MM-DD = Year-Month-Day, e.g. 2007-10-10
2. MM/DD/YYYY = Month/Day/Year, e.g. 10/10/2007
3. DD/MM/YYYY = Day/Month/Year, e.g. 10/10/2007
Current Date & Time
This displays the current date and time on the camera.
Change Button
This allows you to modify the date/time settings.
This button will open a sub-page where you have 2 options:
1.
Sync with PC:
Set the date and time to match your PC.
2.
Set New Time:
Manual enter the correct date and time.
