Description
Choose the port to set port Authorization.
Port
State Reject:
the specified port is required to be held in the Unauthorized state.
Accept:
the specified port is required to be held in the Authorized state.
Authorized:
the specified port is set to the Authorized or Unauthorized state in
accordance with the outcome of an authentication exchange between the
Supplicant and the authentication server.
Disable:
The specified port is required to be held in the Authorized state.
Apply Button
Press this button to save the value on the Switch.

Notice:
Set the Ports Authenticate Status to “Authorized” if the port is connected to the RADIUS server or
the port is a uplink port that is connected to another switch. Or once the 802.1X stat to work, the
switch might not be able to access the RADIUS server.
5. Create
user
data.
That step is different of “Local Authenticate”, the establishment of the user data needs to be
created on the Radius Server PC. For example, the Radius Server founded on Win2000 Server, and then:
