4.2.1 The different compartments of the dispenser
The dispenser has three compartments:
The Pre-Wash compartment
Detergent for Pre-Wash.
The Main-Wash compartment
Detergent for Main-Wash.
Stain removers.
Water softener (Water hardness class 4).
The softener compartment
Softeners.
Liquid starches.

4.2.2 Positioning of the separator/main-wash compartment
When using washing powder:
Place the separator in the higher position. Lift the separator until its top can be
adjusted. Insert the hook (H) at the top end of the rear guide rails (I) and slightly
push the separator downwards to lock it (fig. B and C). A gap between the
separator and the bottom of the main-wash compartment should occur when the
separator has been installed properly.
When using liquid detergents:
Install the separator in the lower position. Secure the separator in the compartment
with the top guide rails. Position the separator in such a way, that it touches the
bottom of the compartment (fig. D).
