G INSTALLAZIONE
PREMESSA
Le pistole automatiche sono fornite pronte all’uso.
La pistola viene fornita con porta gomma GIREVOLE
(completo di o-ring), utili al collegamento al tubo di
mandata.
Per garantire un ottimale funzionamento, il dispositivo
deve essere utilizzato su impianti dotati di caratteristiche
limite che rispondono ai requisiti sotto riportati:
- Qmin .: 15 l/min
- Qmax: 45 l/min
- Pmin. : 1,5 bar
- Pmax: 3,5 bar
ATTENZIONE
In fase di installazione, utilizzare adeguati sigillanti,
prestando attenzione che non rimangano residui
all’interno del tubo.
Per non pregiudicare la funzionalità del prodotto,
accoppiare il portagomma con il tubo senza utilizza-
re attrezzi quali pinze ecc.
L’assemblaggio risulta facilitato se eseguito con
portagomma girevole già montato sulla pistola.
Accertarsi che le tubazioni e il serbatoio di aspira-
zione siano privi di scorie o residui di filettatura che
potrebbero danneggiare la pistola e gli accessori.

connessioni o degli swivel

MODALITA’ DI UTILIZZO
PREMESSA
La semplicità di utilizzo, è la principale caratteristica di que-
ste pistole.
Due sono le modalità di utilizzo:

MODALITA’
ASSISTITA
Erogare azionando la leva della pistola. Per interrompere
l’erogazione in modo manuale rilasciare la leva.
2
MODALITA’
AUTOMATICA
Utilizzare il dispositivo di blocco leva in apertura per con-
sentire l’erogazione automatica. A serbatoio pieno, i,l di-
spositivo di arresto automatico interromperà l’erogazione.
Per proseguire l’erogazione in seguito all’arresto automati-
co, è necessario rilasciare completamente la leva, prima di
procedere nuovamente al suo azionamento.
Per interrompere l’erogazione in modo manuale, premere
nuovamente sulla leva, sbloccando il dispositivo, quindi
rilasciare.

PRIMO AVVIAMENTO
PREMESSA
Avviare l’erogazione solo dopo aver verificato che
il montaggio e l’installazione siano state eseguite a
regola d’arte.
ATTENZIONE
E’ buona norma azionare la leva pistola solo se certi
di aver infilato lo spout nell’imbocco del serbatoio da
riempire.
NOTA
Al momento del primo utilizzo e ogni volta che si utilizza
la pistola, a seguito del collegamento del tubo di man-
data, azionare leggermente la leva per far uscire l’aria
dal circuito, sino al normale funzionamento.

Verificare il corretto funzionamento del dispositivo di
arresto automatico a serbatoio pieno

DEMOLIZIONE E SMALTIMENTO
Premessa
In caso di demolizione del sistema, le parti di cui è composto devono
essere affidate a ditte specializzate nello smaltimento e riciclaggio
dei rifiuti industriali e, in particolare:

dell’imballaggio
L’imballaggio è costituito da cartone biodegradabile che può essere
consegnato alle aziende per il normale recupero della cellulosa.

delle parti metal-
liche
Le parti metalliche, sia quelle verniciate, sia quelle in acciaio inox so-
no normalmente recuperabili dalle aziende specializzate nel settore
della rottamazione dei metalli.

Devono obbligatoriamente essere smaltite da aziende specializzate
nello smaltimento dei componenti elettronici, in conformità alle in-

When operating the dispensing system and in particular

Keep the product to be dispensed away from eyes and skin

FOREWORD
The automatic nozzles are supplied ready for use.
The nozzle features SWIVEL hose-end fitting (complete
with O-ring) useful for connecting to the supply hose.
TO ENSURE PERFECT OPERATION, THE DEVICE MUST BE
USED TO DISPENSE FLUIDS WITH CHARACTERISTICS FALL-
ING WITHIN THE FOLLOWING PARAMETERS:
- Qmin .: 15 l/min
- Qmax: 45 l/min
- Pmin. : 1,5 bar
- Pmax: 3,5 bar
ATTENTION
During installation, use adequate sealants, being care-
ful no residues remain inside the hose.
So as not to negatively affect product operation, couple
the hose-end fitting with the hose without using tools
such as pliers, etc.
Assembly will be easier if the swivel hose-end fitting is
already fitted on the nozzle.
Make sure the hoses and the suction tank are without
threading scale or residues which could damage the
nozzle and the accessories.

Apply adequate sealants on the male threads of the
connections and swivels

USE MODALITY
FOREWORD
The main feature of these nozzles is that they are easy to
use.
Two operating modes are available:
1
ASSISTED MODE
Dispense by operating the nozzle lever. To interrupt dis-
pensing manually, release the lever.
2
AUTOMATIC
MODE
Use the opening lever lock device for automatic dispens-
ing.
To continue dispensing after automatic stop, the lever
must be fully released before proceeding to operate it
again.
To interrupt dispensing in manual mode, press the lever
again, thereby releasing the device, and then release.
ATTENTION
DO NOT USE THE NOZZLE OUTSIDE THE PARAMETERS
INDICATED ON THE ”TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS”

Dispensing is automatically interrupted thanks to the
shut-off device, which operates when the level of the
liquid reaches the end of the spout.

INITIAL START UP
FOREWORD
Only start dispensing after making sure that assembly
and installation have been correctly performed.
ATTENTION
It is a good practice to only operate the nozzle lever
after making sure the spout has been properly inserted
in the mouth of the tank to be filled.
NOTE
When using for the first time and every time the nozzle
is used, following the connection of the supply hose,
gently operate the lever to enable the air to escape from
the circuit, until normal operation is achieved.
ATTENTION
Check the correct operation of the automatic stop de-
vice once the tank is full.
ATTENTION
THE FAULTY OPERATION OF THIS DEVICE COULD CAUSE
THE SPILL OF LIQUIDS THAT ARE HAZARDOUS FOR
PEOPLE AND THE ENVIRONMENT.

Foreword
If the system needs to be disposed, the parts which make it up
must be delivered to companies that specialize in the recycling and
disposal of industrial waste and, in particular:

of packing
materials
The packaging consists of biodegradable cardboard which can be
delivered to companies for normal recycling of cellulose.
Disposal of metal
parts
Metal parts, whether paint-finished or in stainless steel, can be
consigned to scrap metal collectors.
Disposal of
electric and
electronic
components
These must be disposed of by companies that specialize in
the disposal of electronic components, in accordance with the
indications of directive 2002/96/CE (see text of directive below).

regarding the
environment for
clients residing
within the
European Union
European Directive 2002/96/EC requires that all equipment marked
with this symbol on the product and/or packaging not be disposed
of together with non-differentiated urban waste. The symbol
indicates that this product must not be disposed of together with
normal household waste. It is the responsibility of the owner to
dispose of these products as well as other electric or electronic
equipment by means of the specific refuse collection structures

PREMESSA
E’ possibile avere la certezza di non erogare in serbatoi non
atti a contenere il liquido che si sta erogando, scegliendo
di acquistare pistole dotate di “Magnet switch”, da utilizza-
re insieme al “MAGNET ADAPTOR”.
Operazione
Il “Magnet switch”, è un dispositivo magnetico sito all’inter-
no del beccuccio della pistola.
Questo, insieme al “MAGNET ADAPTOR”, consente l’ero-
gazione solo nel serbatoio al quale “MAGNET ADAPTOR”
viene applicato.
ATTENZIONE
Le pistole dotate di “Magnet switch”, funzionano
solo con “MAGNET ADAPTOR”.
E’ possibile acquistare “MAGNET ADAPTOR” anche
come accessorio.

VERIFICHE PRELIMINARI
AVVERTENZA
Controllare il corretto funzionamento del dispositivo di
bloccaggio, seguendo la seguente procedura:
1 Procurarsi un recipiente graduato, con una capienza
pari a 20 litri (5 gal)

2 Iniziare l’erogazione nel recipiente, impostando la le-
va nella posizione di minimo flusso, sino al riempimento
dello stesso.

3 Mantenendo aperta la leva, verificare il raggiungimen-
to di circa 5 cm (2 inc) di immersione dello spout.
4 la pistola si deve arrestare, con scatto della leva.

5 Ripetere le stesse operazioni con la leva in posizione di
medio flusso e massimo flusso.
Verificare la corretta funzione del dispositivo di arresto co-
me sopra descritto.
6 Se la pistola si arresta durante l’erogazione, verificare
e ridurre il flusso.
7 Se il dispositivo di arresto dell’erogazione, non entra
in funzione, verificare la portata minima dell’impianto o
sostituire la pistola.

PREMISE
Refuelling with the nozzle equipped with “magnet switch”
is only possible in combination with the “magnet adapter”
, so misfuelling into tanks is made impossible
OPERATION
The “magnet switch” is a fixed magnetic field within the
filler necks of the nozzle. This opens the magnet switch in
the spout, so it is only possible to dispense from the tank
where the magnet adaptor is installed.
ATTENTION
Nozzles equipped with “magnet switch” work only in
combination with the “magnet adapter”. The “mag-
net adapter” is an optional to be bought separately.

PRELIMINARY CHECK
WARNING
Check the correct operation of the lock device, accord-
ing to the following procedure:
1 Take a graduated receptacle with a capacity of 20 litres
(5 gal)

2 Begin dispensing into the receptacle, setting the lever
in the minimum flow position, until the receptacle is full.

3 Keeping the lever open, make sure the spout is sub-
merged by about 5 cm (2 inches).
