into Handle.
10. Place Washer (3) and
Bolt (7) into Handle.
11. Place Washer and Locknut (4) onto Bolt.
12. Tighten Locknut.

13. Place two Brackets onto each
side of Main Base Section.
14. Place Washer (3) and Bolt (7) through
Brackets and Main Base Section.
15. Place Washer and
Locknut
(4) onto Bolt.
16. Tighten Locknut.
Note:
Tire Stripping Device (11)
has two adjustment holes to choose
from when installing Brackets.
17. Place Washer (3) and Bolt (7) through
Brackets and Tire Stripping Device.
18. Place Washer and Locknut onto Bolt.
19. Tighten Locknut.
