Creating fuller digital surround sound

Connecting to a decoder with Dolby Digital (AC-3)
processing

When Dolby Digital Surround sound is broadcast, Dolby Digital bit stream is output
from the digital audio out optical connector and digital audio out RCA pin on the
Digital Tuner. When the Digital Tuner is connected to a Dolby Digital decoder, you
can enjoy theater-quality audio right in your home.
(An optional optical digital cable is required when a Dolby Digital decoder is used.
Similarly, you must purchase a separate cable when you use the digital audio out
RCA pin.)
