Double-back tape is attached to the 

Head Cushion

 (No.22).

When replacing the double-back tape, clean the surface of the 

Headband

 (No.7) to which new double-back tape is to 

be attached.

 (No.5) and (No.6) and the 

Hanger Cover

 (No.17) are adhered at the locations indicated with the red 

broken-line ellipses shown below.
If detaching is difficult, replace the whole the
