Playing a tape

These are the basic steps necessar

y to play a

tape with your cassette player

APE DIRECTION

indicator

Shows the direction of the tape transport.

TIME

indicator

Shows the elapsed playing time of the cur-

rent side of the tape.

APE EJECT

ress to eject a tape from your cassette

player

buttons

ress to fast for

ward or rewind the tape.

BAND/ES

ress to change the direction of the tape

transport and return to playback af

ter fast

ward or rewind.

VOL

ress to increase or decrease the volume.

SOURCE/OFF

ress to select the cassette player as the

source.

CASSET

ress to select the cassette player as the

source.

Insert a cassette tape into the cassette

loading slot.

Playback will automatically start.
