If the voltage between Pins 4 and 5 is
18 Vdc, the power supply is normal.
If the waveform indicated in the figure
above is observed at a frequency of
about 0.1 sec/dev

of IC1, something is wrong with the power

• In a case where there is any
abnormality with the power:
The terminal that outputs the data to the primary
circuit on whether or not an excessive current is
applied to the drain and on the status of the load
on the secondary circuit

circuit by the photocoupler
