7.1.3 TROUBLE SHOOTING
• No Power ON
• FL is not turned ON
• FL indication is unusual

Turn on the power again
after 2 - 3 minutes.
• Blow out fuse of the primary side
• Blow out micro-fuse on the POWER SUPPLY Unit. (Check the each voltage.)
(P101, P102, P103)
• Blow out resistor on the POWER SUPPLY Unit. (R104)
• FL controller IC (IC101) on the FLKY Assy is damaged.
• Blow out micro-fuse (P101) on the DVDM Assy.
• Blow out micro-fuse (P103) on the POWER SUPPLY Unit.
• Check the connection between LOSB Assy and DVDM Assy.
(12P flexible cable)
• Check the +8V power supply voltage (above micro fuse).
FL indication is dark or flickers.

• Check the following connections :
DVDM Assy - AJKB Assy
DVDM Assy - VJKB Assy

AJKB Assy - SCRB Assy (WY type)
VJKB Assy - SCRB Assy (WY type)
• Check each voltage (+8V, +12V and 12V)
[If above voltage are not supplied, check the micro-fuse(P101, P102, P103).]
• Check the following connections :
POWER SUPPLY Unit - DVDM Assy
DVDM Assy - FLKY Assy
FLKY Assy - PWSB Assy
• Check each voltage (EV+5V, SW+5V, SW+3.3V, +8V, +12V, -12V and -27V)
(If above voltage are not supplied, check the micro-fuse.)
• Short or open the zenner diode
on the POWER SUPPLY Unit.

• Check the values of R118 on the FLKY Assy.
• Do not you set FL DIMMER ON ?
