Connect the power cord after all connections between devices have been completed.
Be sure to remove the USB cable and unplug the power cord from the power outlet whenever making or changing connections.

Be sure to use the supplied power cord and AC adaptor.

Power is supplied by the AC adaptor or USB bus power.

Connect this unit and the computer directly using the supplied USB cable.

Use USB cables that conform to USB 2.0.

USB hubs cannot be used.

When the USB cable is not connected, the input audio is output at the line level from the output terminal.

Refer to the operating instructions for the device to be connected.
Notes on using the USB bus power

This unit may not be used with the USB bus power in the following situation.
— Power supply capacity of the USB port on your computer is too low.
— Your computer is connected with other USB devices.
If the USB bus power cannot be used, use the supplied AC adaptor.

When using the USB bus power, the brightness of the LEDs decreases.
To use without restriction, use the supplied AC adaptor.
