UNCHANGED FOR LONGER THAN THE RECOMMENDED PERIOD CAN DAMAGE THE UNIT.

REMOVAL OF THE AIR/OIL SEPARATOR
Procedure to be followed to change the cartridge.
1.
Stop the machine by pressing the stop pushbutton on the electronic board.
2.
Switch off the power: turn the isolating switch to “0” position and block it with the padlock.
3.
Make sure that the air or oil is not under pressure by checking the gauge on the separator tank.
AIR/OIL UNDER PRESSURE MAY CAUSE SEVERE PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH. SHUT DOWN
THE COMPRESSOR AND RELIEVE THE SYSTEM OF ALL PRESSURE BEFORE REMOVING VALVES,
CAPS, PLUGS, FITTINGS, BOLTS, AND FILTERS.
4. Remove screws holding the top plate to the separator housing. Lift the top plate from the separator housing.

Change the cartridge and remember also to change the O-ring. Remove any dirt on the O-ring and fit it in the seat on the tank,
making sure it stays firmly in place.

Position the new cartridge inside the tank and firmly fit the O-ring in place on the top plate.
7-
Fit the top plate on the separator housing flange; install and tighten all cap screws.

Run the unit (10 minutes) and check for leaks

CHANGING THE AIR FILTER CARTRIDGE
The air filter (fig.15) is very important to ensure good working
without faults, because it filters the air which has to become
compressed avoiding serious damages to the screw.
Procedure to be followed to change the cartridge.
1.
Stop the machine with the stop pushbutton on the electronic board.
2.
Switch off the power: turn the isolating switch to “0”.
ATTENTION: HOT PARTS INSIDE.
3.
Remove the cartridge making a light pressure on the lid. At the same
time, turn the lid in counterclockwise direction, taking care that
nothing falls into the intake of the screw group.
4.
Remove the air filter cartridge
5.
Eliminate any impurities present inside the filter with a clean rag.
6.
Fit the air filter cartridge and close the cover
7.
Dispose of the old filter in conformity with the local regulations in force
