Press the Power Button on the front of the Pico. The 
display will illuminate. Select Brew PicoPak and press 
the Control Knob. The Pico will automatically detect 
and display  the PicoPak.

You can optionally change a beer's alcohol 
percentage and bitterness from the PicoPak 
defaults. To do so, select Adjust Recipe on the  
display screen and press the Control Knob. 

You may now select Start Brewing and press  
the Control Knob to begin.
