This function enables or disables RGB mode on the LED.

Arguments:

handle:

handle returned from

UsbDrDaqOpenUnit

or

UsbDrDaqOpenUnitProgress

enabled:

If non-zero, RGB mode is enabled. If zero RGB mode is

disabled and the LED returns to normal operation (flashing when
sampling).

Returns:

PICO_NOT_RESPONDING
