Installation Procedure

Installation

1

.

Connect an F type jumper cable from the source Headend/CATV Feed/VHF Antenna to the INPUT connector of the 

MCM55.

2.

Connect an F type jumper cable from the OUTPUT connector of the 

MCM55 to the distribution system.

3.

Plug the power cable into a polarized electrical outlet

4.

Connect a RF signal level meter to the 

MCM55 OUTPUT test point connection and adjust the output level to match the distribution level requirements.
