Troublshooting
Problem:
The device is plugged in but it doesn’t work when the key is pressed.
Solution:
The device might not be detected or have problem when the USB is connected to
the computer. Try to unplug and plug in the USB cable again to resolved the
problem. If the computer is still unable to detect this USB keypad, try the device
on another USB cable.
