Refitting the driven pulley shaft bearing

-Refit the bearing with the aid of a bushing with the same diameter as the external plate of the bearing

after slightly heating the crankcase from the inside.

N.B.

WHEN REFITTING, ALWAYS REPLACE THE BEARING WITH A NEW ONE.

CAUTION

WHEN REMOVING/REFITTING THE BEARING, TAKE CARE NOT TO DAMAGE THE PAINTED
SURFACE.

Removing the driven pulley

- Lock the clutch housing with the specific tool.

- Remove the nut, the clutch housing and the

whole of the driven pulley assembly.

N.B.

THE UNIT CAN ALSO BE REMOVED WITH THE DRIVING
PULLEY MOUNTED.

- Make sure that the clutch housing is not worn or

damaged.

- Measure the clutch housing inside diameter.
