Connecting the Mechanics to the Protective Earth Conductor

INFORMATION



Observe the applicable standards for mounting the protective earth conductors.



F-712.MA2: In a double-sided system, connect both stacks to the protective earth

conductor.

The NanoCube® nanopositioner has an M4 hole for mounting the protective earth conductor.

This hole is marked with the symbol for the protective earth conductor.

Requirements



You have read and understood the safety precautions (p.7).



The NanoCube® nanopositioner and the M-122K025 linear stages are not connected to

the controller.

Tools and accessories



Suitable protective earth conductors: Cross-

sectional area of the cable ≥0.75

mm


