Your hearing system should never be used without
the Wind and Weather Protectors. If not mounted
properly, the hearing system is not water resistant
(see page 52).
The following care and maintenance tips will help
extend the life span and ensure the efficiency of your
protectors:
Never wipe or clean the Wind and Weather
Protector – it may lose its special acoustic and
protection properties.
The Wind and Weather Protector is made of
three identical parts. Always replace all three
protectors together.
Hair spray, make-up, etc. may damage or clog
the Wind and Weather Protector. Remove your
hearing system before applying cosmetics.
Avoid touching the Wind and Weather Protector
when you place an instrument on your ear or
press the program switch.
