(1) Record type
From the Functions Menu select “Record type”, then press MENU
button to enter Record type Menu, in which there are five Record
types to select: PCM REC, Stereo REC, Standard REC, Long REC
and Line in REC. If select the PCM recording type, after PCM
recording up to one hour, the device save the record file
automatically, then next recording. See the below related reference

Stereo REC: MP3 format, high sound quality, bit rate: 128kbps.
Standard REC: MP3 format, good sound quality, bit rate: 32kbps.

Line in REC: MP3 format, bit rate of the recording file depends on
the above record types.
