To view additional export options, click on the down arrow next to the Export button. This opens a pop-up menu
with the following options:
• Copy to Clipboard saves the displayed still image to the Windows clipboard. You can then paste the image in
another imaging application.
• Mark Selection marks only a portion of the displayed video file for export. Place the playback indicator at the
beginning of the segment of video you want to export, and then choose Mark Selection . When the indicator turns
red, drag it forward or backward to the end of the segment. Then, click the Export button to save the marked
portion of the video file.
• Full Screen displays the current video at its largest size. You still have access to VCR controls and the Export
button, but the Search capabilities are hidden. If you export or copy a still image in Full Screen mode, the image
is saved in the full screen size. To return to the normal display, click Full Screen Off .
4.6 Viewing Disk Usage
There are two ways to view the amount of available disk space that has been used to store captured video:
• Look at the Disk bar on the right side of the status bar . The amount of disk space which has been used for
recording is indicated by the length of the blue bar. Since the Disk bar also reflects the threshold you set on the
Disk tab, there may actually be disk space available, but it is not available for recording purposes.
• Go to the Setup page and click the Disk tab . A bar graph indicates how much of each disk is full. If the blue bars
do not extend up to the 100% mark, there is disk space available but it would not be used for recording purposes.
