Remove the appliance from the charging stand
before dismantling the appliance.

Turn the appliance On and allow to run until the
appliance turns off after one minute. Repeat this
action until the battery is empty/depleted.

Insert a small flathead screwdriver between the silver
ring and the anti-roll ridge and pry loose the top part
of the appliance. Carefully pull the top part with the
battery holder out of the housing.

Remove the rechargeable battery from the battery
holder (fig.16).

Do not attempt to replace battery. insulate battery
ends by covering with tape and/or place battery in a
small plastic bag.

Discard the appliance. Do not attempt to recharge
the appliance after the battery has been removed.

www.rbrc.com for battery drop-off locations.
