Problem Possible cause Solution

The shaving heads

Replace the shaving

Hairs or dirt obstruct
the shaving heads.
Clean the shaving
heads in the regular
way or clean them
thoroughly.
To clean the shaving
heads thoroughly,
remove the shaving
heads from the
shaving head holder
one by one (see
'Replacing the
shaving heads'). Then
separate the cutter
from its guard and
rinse each matching
set under the tap.
After rinsing, place
the cutter back into
its corresponding
guard. Finally, put the
shaving heads back
into the shaving head
holder (see
'Replacing the
shaving heads').
The cleansing brush
does not clean as
well as it used to.
The cleansing brush
is damaged or worn.
Replace the
cleansing brush (see
'Replacing the
cleansing brush').
