Caution
-Do not put perfume, vinegar, starch,
descaling agents, ironing aids, organic
solvents or other chemicals in the
water descale filter.
-Always replace the cartridge with an
original Philips GC025 anti-calc cartridge.
-To achieve optimal filtration, use tap
water at a temperature between 5°C
and 35°C.
-Do not clean the anti-calc cartridge
in any way.
Using the IronCare water descale filter
1 Fill the filtration reservoir with normal tap
water through the filling opening in the lid.

The water flows downwards through the anti-
calc cartridge into the water jug.
2 Fill the water tank of your steam iron or steam
generator with the treated water.
Tip: You can start pouring the treated water into your
iron even if there is still water in the filtration reservoir.
