Selecting a SIRIUS search
mode
There is three type of search modes
available to help you search for a SIRIUS
channel.
Press DISC MENU to toggle between
the following search modes.
Search mode Effects
CHANNEL Search all channels
CATEGORY Search channels under
a specifi c category
PRESET Search channels stored
under preset
In ‘CHANNEL’ search mode
Use keys to change the channel
number.
In ‘CATEGORY’ search mode
A
Press
TITLE
to go to category browse
mode.
B
Use keys to change the category.
To view channel information in the
category without tuning to them,
press
í ë
keys.
C
Press
OK
to select category.
D
Use keys to change the channel
within the selected category.
In ‘PRESET’ search mode
Use
í ë
keys to change preset
number.
Helpful Hint:
– You can also use the numeric keypad to
enter the channel or preset number.
However, the numeric keypad has no
function in ‘Category’ search mode.
Changing the SIRIUS display
information
Press DISPLAY repeatedly to toggle
between the following information display
on the main unit’s display panel.
Channel Name
Program Title
Artist
Composer
Category
Channel Info
Other messages:
ANTENNA ERROR
– no antenna detected.
LINKING
– no audio present.
CALL 888-539-SIRIUS TO SUBSCRIBE
– unsubscribed channel.
UPDATING CHANNELS
– channel list is getting updated.
FIRMWARE UPDATE
– fi rmware is getting updated.
PWR FAIL
– unable to power up receiver/tuner.
NO CHNL
– no channel meets criteria.
INVALID CHANNEL
– not a valid channel.
SUBSCRIPTION UPDATED
– program subscription has changed.
Helpful Hint:
– If no display information is present, ‘ - - - -’
is shown.
