Creamy tomato soup
Serves 4 to 5
4 large tomatoes, quartered
2 large fresh carrots, peeled and sliced
3 cups stock
1/2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Put all ingredients into jar.
2. Insert the measuring cup and close
the lid.
3. Press the “Soup” button.
4. When the program stops, take out
the jar and remove the lid. Pour out
soup into a cooking pot. Cook for
15 minutes or until it is hot enough
to serve. Add salt and pepper to
taste.
Note:
Soup program is designed for room
temperature ingredients. Friction
of blade will heat the ingredients.
If you want to blend pre-heated
ingredients, make sure to cool down
to room temperature before putting
ingredients into jar.
Nuts
Grind
whole nuts
into finely

4. To obtain a floury result, press the
