Problem Cause Solution
My skin is irritated
after shaving or
trimming.
You move the shaver (with
trimming comb) in the wrong
direction and/or you use it with
too much pressure.
Slight skin irritation like red skin may occur.
This is normal. To avoid irritated skin, make sure
that the shaving head (with trimming comb) is
always in full contact with the skin and that you
gently move the appliance against the direction
of hair growth.
You use the shaver (with
trimming comb) with too much
pressure.
Do not apply too much pressure during
shaving (and trimming), as this may cause skin
irritation.
The shaving head or trimming
comb is broken.
Replace the shaving head or trimming comb.
