Preparing for use
Filling the reservoir
1 Detach the water reservoir from the appliance (fig. 1).
2 Fill the reservoir with water under a gently running tap (fig. 2).

Always make sure that the reservoir is full before you start
styling.
Keep the appliance itself away from water!
3 Close the reservoir. First insert the narrow end of the reservoir
into the appliance and then push the broader end of the
reservoir home.You will hear a click.
Preparing for styling

If you want to create curls with the round brush, we advise you
to perform a curl test to determine how long the brush should
be held in your hair to achieve a good result.

Start with 8 to 10 seconds.You may have to hold the brush in
your hair longer for tighter curls. Less tight curls will require less
than 8 seconds.
1 Put the plug in the wall socket.
2 Make sure that the slide is in the m position (heat only) (fig. 3).
3 While the appliance is heating up, comb or brush the hair so that
it is disentangled and smooth. Use a comb to divide the hair into
locks. Do not put too much hair in one lock.

The appliance is ready for use after approx. 2 minutes.

To ensure optimal performance, do not activate the steam
function more than twice in 10 seconds.
Make sure the slide is in the m position (heat only).
