Why can my power bank not be charged?
• If the power status light goes off within 30
seconds,
• Press to start charging a few more times.
• Change the micro-USB cable.
If neither of these steps are successful, the power
bank’s battery has exceeded its lifetime and the
power bank needs to be replaced.
Why does the device connected to my
power bank not charge?
• If the power status indicator light goes off after a
minute of charging, your device’s current power
consumption exceeds the specifications of your
power bank.
• If the power status light is blinking couple of times
before going off, charge the power bank for a
second to reset the short circuit protection mode.
If the phenomena still persists, stop charging
with the power bank. Your device may have
internal short circuit, or its current consumption is
extremely high.
