4.3 Assembly/Panel Removal (for 22"/24"Pxx4000)
Instructions below apply to the 24PHK4000/12, but will be
similar for other 22"/24"Pxx4000 models.
4.3.1 Rear Cover
Refer to Figure 4-13 for details.
Warning: Disconnect the mains power cord before removing
the rear cover.

Remove fixation screws [1] that secure the base assy, pull
out the base assy from the set. Refer to
Figure 4-13 for
details.
2. At the indicated areas [2] the cover is securd by clips. Be
very careful with releasing those.
Caution note: At the right bottom of the rear cover is the
IR sensor area, be very careful when you releasein the
clips otherwise will damage the IR sensor.
3. Remove the fixation screw[3] that secure the IR Board to
Back cover and release the connector[5] that connect
speakes with the SSB. Refer to
Figure 4-14 and
Figure 4-15 for details.
4. Gently lift the rear cover from the TV. Make sure that wires
and cables are not damaged while lifting the rear cover
from the set.
