At the start of the Wi-Fi setup
process your smartphone or
tablet is connected to a
different network than the
network to which you want to
connect your machine.
Ensure that at the start of the Wi-Fi
setup process your smartphone or
tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi
network as the one to which you will
connect your coffee machine.
Note: During the Wi-Fi setup process
the network of your smartphone or
tablet will switch between the Philips
setup network and the home Wi-Fi
network. This is normal and part of the
Wi-Fi setup process. At any point during
the Wi-Fi setup process there is no
need to manually switch between the
home Wi-Fi and the Philips setup
network. The smartphone or tablet does
this automatically.
Your smartphone or tablet, the
coffee machine and the Wi-Fi
router are not within range of
each other.
Ensure that your smartphone or tablet,
the coffee machine and the Wi-Fi router
are within range of each other.
Your smartphone or tablet is
not connected to the Wi-Fi
network.
Make sure your smartphone or tablet
remains Wi-Fi enabled while following
the steps from chapter 'Setting up the
Wi-Fi connection for the first time'.
Note: During the Wi-Fi setup process,
the smartphone or tablet may show
that it is connecting to the Philips setup
network and that this network provides
no internet connection. Please note that
this is not an issue and does not need
to be corrected manually.
The app is not able to
find the home Wi-Fi
network.
The Wi-Fi router is not working
properly.
Please make sure that the Wi-Fi router
is working properly and has an internet
connection.
Your smartphone or tablet is
not within range of the router.
Make sure your smartphone or tablet is
within range of the router.
The Wi-Fi network is a hidden
network.
Add the hidden network manually to
the app.
The app cannot find the
Philips setup network
during the Wi-Fi setup
process.
