Using the built-in DVD player
Inserting a disk
The built-in DVD player allows you to play DVD video disks as well as video and audio CDs
(including finalised CD-Rs and CD-RWs).The disks can be recognised by their logo on the
packaging.
Note: Generally, DVD films are not placed on the market at the same time in the various regions of the
world. Accordingly, DVD players are provided with geographical zone codes. If you insert a disk which has a
regional code that is different from that of your reader, you will see a message displayed on the screen.The
disk cannot be played and you will have to remove it.

Opening the drawer
Press the EJECT (
fl
) button twice on the
front, to the left of the drawer.

Inserting the disk
Place the disk in the drawer, with the label
facing upwards. Makes sure that it is positioned
correctly in the recess.

Closing the drawer
Gently push the drawer back in or press the
EJECT button next to the drawer to close.
The disk will begin to play.

Automatic play
Play begins automatically when the drawer
closes. A status window appears on the left of
the screen and indicates the current
operation, the type of disk and its length.
Next, the content of the disk is displayed.
