5.1 Frothing milk

Make sure the frothing coil is attached to the
frothing rod. If it is not attached, push one
side of the frothing coil onto the frothing
rod (1) and then push the other side onto
the frothing rod (2).

Put the lid onto the milk jug (1) and turn it
clockwise to fix it (2).

Start the frothing process:
• To prepare hot frothed milk, press the
button for hot frothed milk. The button
lights up red.
• To prepare cold frothed milk, press the
button for cold frothed milk. The button
lights up blue.
5 Using the appliance
You can use the appliance to make hot or cold
milk froth, or to heat up milk without frothing it.

Caution:
Only use the appliance to heat up or froth milk.
Do not use it to process any other ingredients.

Put the mains plug in an earthed wall socket.

Remove the milk jug from the base.

Turn the lid anticlockwise and lift it off the
milk jug.

Fill the milk jug with fresh cold milk to a
level between the MIN and MAX indications.

Note:
Use chilled semi-skimmed cow’s milk for the
best frothing result.
