Removing foreign objects

The draining pump fi lter

The draining pump fi lter catches small and fi ne object from the washing.
Regularly clean out the fi lter to ensure the proper operation of the washing machine.

WARNING! 
First it is necessary to drain water from the drain hose using the pump and then you can open the 
draining pump for cleaning and removing foreign object from the fi lter.
Pay extra attention as the water that is drained may be hot.

Cleaning the pump

IMPORTANT!
Depending on the degree of soiling and the number of washes, it is necessary to regularly inspect and 
clean the fi lter.

The pump needs to be inspected if the washing machine is not empty or spinning; makes an unusual sound 
when  draining  water,  which  may  be  caused  by  foreign  objects  such  as  coins,  paper  clips,  etc.,  which  are 
blocking the pump.
Proceed as follows:

Open the servicing 

panel

Screw out the pump 

cover

Screw in the pump cover

Close the servicing 

panel

1.  Disconnect the washing machine;
2.  If necessary, wait until the water inside the washing machine cools down.
3.  Open the servicing panel. Place a container under the pump cover to collect excess water.
4.  As soon as water is no longer running out, screw out the pump cover and take it off .
 

Always have a wiping cloth on hand to wipe any leaking water when removing the cover.

5.  Remove foreign objects from the pump fi lter by turning it.
6.  Screw the pump cover back in.
7.  Close the servicing panel.

WARNING! 
If the appliance is in operation and depending on the selected temperature of the program, the 
water inside the washing machines and pump may be hot. Never remove the pump cover during 
a wash, always wait until the wash is fi nished and the washing machine is empty. When putting 
on  the  cover,  make  sure  that  it  is  carefully  and  properly  seated  to  prevent  water  from  leaking 
or it being removed by children.
