Booster function
This function shortens the cooking time by setting the maximum power level for 5 minutes. After this time has
elapsed, the hotplate power level will switch to 9. This function is suitable for speeding up the heating of large
amounts of liquids or sauces.
To activate this function, fi rst select a hotplate and set its power level from 1 – 9. Then press the "+" button
and "P" will be shown on the display for 5 minutes. After this time has elapsed, 9 will appear on the display.
Timer functions
The timer makes it possible to set the time after which the hotplate will automatically turn off in the range
from 1 to 99 minutes.
Setting and adjusting the cooking time
Select a hotplate and set the power level of the cooktop. To set the timer, press the "+" and "-" buttons at the same time.
The timer display will show "00". Now set the timer duration from "01 – 99" using the "+" and "-" buttons. The
indicator light will stop fl ashing after several seconds. The timer duration is confi rmed and the countdown
is started and the hotplate heats for the set time until "00" appears on the display.
Stopping the cooking time
Turn off the hotplate until "0" or "H" appear on the display.
To turn off the timer, which has not yet fi nished, press the "+" and "-" buttons at the same time. The remaining
time will appear on the display. Repeatedly press the "-" button until "00" appear on the timer display.
If several timers are activated, repeat the above described process for each of the timers.
Automatic stop at the end of the cooking time
"00" will appear on the display as soon as the timer is complete and a sound will be made. The cooking time
will also be turned off . To cancel the sound press any button.
Minute timer
Turn on the cooktop using button 0/I. "0" or "H" will appear on the display. Simultaneously press the "+" and "-" buttons.
The timer display will show "00". Use the "-" or "+" buttons to set the time.
The indicator light will stop fl ashing after several seconds. The countdown will start. "00" will appear on the
display as soon as the minute timer is complete and a sound will be made. To cancel the sound press any
button.
