The use of notations
Attention!

1 The fan heater may have such technical names
in this operational manual as device, appliance,
apparatus, electrical heater.
2 In case a power supply cable is damaged,
it should be replaced by a manufacturer or
authorised service department or another
qualified specialist to avoid severe injuries.
3 The manufacturer shall retain the right to make
modifications to the construction, furnishing
or production engineering of the product to
improve it characteristics.
4 There may be misprints in the test and digital
notation.
5 In case after reading the manual you have
questions, please, address a shop assistant or
a specialised service centre for explanations.
6 The product shall have a label indicating
technical specifications and other useful
information about the product.
Safety Rules
• Observe general safety rules for using
electrical appliances
• when running a fan heater.
• Please, read the rules specified below
before starting the operation of the fan
heater.
• Make sure that the mains voltage
conforms to the one specified on the fan
heater label.
• Keep the fan heater beyond the reach of
children.
• From time to time check the power cord
of the fan heater as for the presence of
damage. Never use the fan heater if the
power cord or the fan heater itself are
damaged. In this case the fan heater shall
be inspected and, if necessary, repaired in
a qualified service centre*.
• The fan heater shall be intended for
household use only and pursuant to this
Manual.
• In no event immerse the fan heater into
water or another liquid.
• When cleaning the fan heater, follow the
instructions set forth in Section ‘Cleaning
and Maintenance’. Penetration of water
into the holes is extremely dangerous for
the fan heater.
• In no event install the fan heater close to
heat sources.
• Disconnect the fan heater from the mains
prior to cleaning it and in case of long-
term switching-off. Do not unplug the fan
heater from the socket with wet hands.
• In no event use the fan heater outside the
premises.
• The environment shall not allow the
penetration of water into the fan heater.
• In no event use accessories which are not
recommended by the manufacturer. They
can be hazardous for the user and other
persons and create a possibility of failure
for the fan heater.
• In no event move the fan heater by pulling
its power cord. Always make sure that the
power cord does not cling to anything. Do
not wrap the power cord around the fan
heater and do not bend it.
• Install the fan heater on a stable surface
so that is does not fall down.
• Do not place the fan heater under the main
socket. The flux of hot air from the fan
heater shall not affect the main socket.
• Always place the fan heater so that
to avoid the possibility of ignition of
flammable materials (for example,
curtains). Make sure than nothing blocks
input and output air ducts. Do not put
clothes and other things on the fan heater
to avoid ignition.
• Do not use the fan heater close to the
bath, shower, wash-basin, swimming pool
and other containers with water. Do not
control the fan heater if you are in contact
with water.
• When the fan heater is operating, the
temperature of its grid may be too high.
Do not touch the grid to avoid burns.
• Do not use the fan heater close to
flammable or explosive materials.
* A qualified service centre: a warranty repair department
of the manufacturer or supplier or a qualified specialist
certified and authorised to fulfil repair works in compliance
with all safety measures.
