The display shows the

ACTUAL TEMPERATURE
.

The desired temperature is set by pressing the
+
or
–
button.
▸
This set temperature will be maintained until the next
adjustment is made.
▸
Depending on whether the newly set value is higher or
lower than the current temperature, a rise or a fall to the
programmed temperature can be observed on the display.
▸
The operating temperature can be set b30°C and
+70°C.
▸
The tips of the forceps are gold-plated for optimal thermal
conductivity.
WARNING
Caution! The tips of the forceps can be very hot.
Caution! If the forceps tips or the forceps
handpieces become too warm, the instrument
should immediately be taken out of operation.
If this occurs, contact a service technician.

integrated white light in order to
illuminate the work area for better
detection of smaller tissue samples.
▸
The white illumination can be
switched on and off by pressing on
the corresponding temperature
display field.
