Installing the coupling
1. Mount the motor side coupling hub on the motor shaft.
2. Set the coupling connection to the value "E" in axial direction.
– Coupling size ROTEX 38: Value "E" = 24 mm
– Coupling size ROTEX 42: Value "E" = 26 mm
– Coupling size ROTEX 48: Value "E" = 28 mm
3. Tighten the radial screw.
– Tightening torque:
10 Nm
4. Mount the motor onto the screw pump using the coupling gear ring.
