Adjustment
• Remove the stitch plate (B) and bobbin holder (C).
• Select the straight stitch, so the needle comes to it's centre position.
• Remove the base cover.
• Loosen the 2 hexagon set screws (E) on the lower shaft gear (F).
• Bring the needle bar to its lowest position.
Note! At this piont make sure the feed dog is in its down stroke position.
• Place the needle rise clamp (61-111 600-35/000) over the needle bar and secure it lightely.
• Place a 2,5 mm feeler gauge ((61-111 600-02/000) between the clamp and the needle bar frame.
• Loosen the clamp screw and push the needle risen clamp againt the feeler gauge and tighen the clamp screw.
Make sure its NO play between the feeler gauge, the clamp and the needle bar frame.
• Remove the feeler gauge
• Turn the hand wheel in sewing direction until needle risen clamp is against the needle bar frame.
and the needle have risen 2,5 mm from the lowest needle position
• Insert the allen key (G) into one of the hexagon socket screw (E) and turn the lower shaft gear (F) until the tip of
the rotary hook meets the right side of the needle (H).
• Tighten the 2 hexagon socket screws (E).
Attach the base cover, bobbin holder (C) and stitch plate (B).
