Rule
When the needle bar is in b.d.c., and the field core 1 is activated up to the stop, there
should be a clearance of approx. 0.5 mm between the pawl 4 and the retaining collar 5.

Move the needle bar to b.d.c.
O
Slide the field core 1 up to the stop.
O
Adjust the magnet housing
